Do you find yourself struggling with ADHD—or wondering if it might be part of your experience? Are you navigating a life transition that feels overwhelming or destabilizing? You may be experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, family or relationship challenges, confidence concerns, or difficulty setting boundaries. Perhaps you’re feeling stressed, stuck, emotionally dysregulated, or carrying the effects of past or ongoing trauma. Or you may simply be looking to strengthen your sense of well-being and feel more grounded in your daily life.
I work with adults, adolescents, and families, and I believe that meaningful change can happen when the right support is in place. I honour that each person’s journey is unique, and together we take time to understand what you’re experiencing, notice your strengths, and work through the challenges you’re facing. I offer a safe, warm, non-judgmental space where it’s totally okay to cry, to laugh, and just be yourself. Everything we do is tailored to your pace, your goals, and your needs, helping you build clarity, balance, and emotional well-being.
