Do you ever feel like a lot is going on beneath the surface, but it’s hard to put into words? Do you ever feel like you’re carrying a lot, trying to manage anxiety, low mood, or the effects of past experiences while still showing up for everyone else? Has past trauma made it difficult to feel safe or trust others in the present? Whatever brings you here, you deserve a space where your story is heard with care, curiosity, and respect.

I take a holistic approach to therapy, recognizing that our experiences are shaped by cultural, biological, social, and psychological factors that shape how we cope and connect. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and couples, and I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual and relationship. I support individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, behavioural concerns, relationship conflicts, self-harming behaviours, self-esteem difficulties, and the impacts of trauma. I am especially mindful of how emotional stressors affect both individuals and their relationships.

I also have experience supporting and coaching families navigating complex life stressors, including those related to autism, anxiety, OCD, and ADHD. I am also passionate about working with neurodivergent individuals and supporting emotional and sensory regulation, helping children, youth, and families build skills that allow them to feel more confident, regulated, and supported in their daily lives.

My therapeutic style is collaborative, client-centered, trauma-informed, and strength-based. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). When working with children and youth, I incorporate play-based therapy to support the development of new coping strategies and adaptive behaviours, recognizing that sometimes growth happens through play, creativity, and connection rather than words. I also provide psychological assessments (e.g., psychoeducational, Mental health, ADHD, and Autism).

In our work together, my goal is to create a safe, comfortable space where you can show up exactly as you are. We will explore what’s been weighing on you, identify your strengths, and work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you. You don’t have to do this alone. If you’re looking for a supportive, down-to-earth approach to therapy, I would be honoured to walk alongside you on your journey.
